What is the difference between a private tour and a group tour?
On a private tour the vehicle and the driver are just for you: no other travellers on board, departure on the date you choose and an itinerary that can be adapted. On shared group tours you travel with other people, with fixed times and stops.
How much does a private tour in Morocco cost?
It depends on the length, the number of people and the type of accommodation: the 2-day tour from Fes to the desert starts at €85 per person, the 4-day tour from Marrakech with 2 nights in the Sahara at €200. The more people travel together, the lower the price per person.
Is a 4×4 necessary?
For the desert and the mountain tracks a 4×4 is the ideal choice. For imperial cities tours on tarmac roads a minivan offers more space and comfort. We recommend the vehicle best suited to your itinerary.
Are private tours suitable for children?
Yes: with a private tour the driving times and the stops adapt to the little ones. We plan shorter legs and family-friendly accommodation: just tell us the children’s ages when you get in touch.
Can the itinerary be changed during the trip?
Within the limits of the accommodation already booked, yes: you can ask the driver for an extra stop or a detour. For bigger changes it is better to let us know before departure.
